We are looking for Arizona's Next Top Smile 2010

It's that time of year again! Dr. Feldman and Team are in search of Arizona's Next Top Smile for 2010! You don't have to be finished with your treatment in order to enter this contest, you just have to be a patient! We are now accepting photo's from our patient's who are a pre-start (G&D), active or retention patient. Just log onto our website at http://www.thesmilecreators.com/ and click on the Top Smile tab. There you will find all of the contest rules and regulations and you can upload your picture. Once your picture is uploaded, you will be automatically entered into the contest.
